Mr. Phatale, learned counsel submits that the appeals filed by the petitioners are pending with the Scrutiny Committee since 12th May, 2021. The petitioner No.1 is intending to appear for NEET examination.

Considering the above, respondent No.1 Committee shall decide the appeals filed by the petitioners, preferably within four weeks. The petitioners shall appear before the Committee on 23rd August, 2021.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
