The application is filed for bringing legal representatives of both the respondents who admittedly died on 14.12.2023 and 21.07.2022 by condoning the delay periods of 117 and 628 respectively.

Though the application is opposed, but considering the right to sue, it stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B), (C) and (D) subject to cost of Rs. 1,000/- ( Rupees One Thousand) to be deposited with Library, Advocate Association of High Court Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad.
