The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Employees' Provident Fund Office submits that due to oversight, the copies of the petition paper book could not be supplied and as a consequence, the petitions came to be dismissed without issuing notices. He submits that it is purely on account of the lapse on the part of the learned Advocate.

Considering the above, these civil applications are allowed. 3.

As a last chance, the petitioners shall supply copies of the khs/JULY 2019/8005

- 2 - petition paper book on or before 22/07/2019, failing which, these applications stand dismissed without reference to the Court and shall not be restored again.

After the compliance of the above directions, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 23/08/2019. The ad-interim relief, if any, shall stand restored after the petitions are restored subject to the compliance of the above directions.
