The matter was called out on 08.06.2017. On the said date, none appeared for the petitioner. The Court observed that, if no one appears for the petitioner on the next date, the matter would be dismissed. Thereafter on 22.06.2017 the Court recorded the statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner that, he wants to take written instructions from the petitioner as probably nothing survives in the petition as purpose is served. 2.

Today when the matter is called out for final hearing, none appears for the petitioner. The writ petition as such is dismissed. Rule discharged. No costs.
