DATED : 20th DECEMBER, 2018 Order :- Learned AGP appearing for respondents No.1 to 4 on instructions of its official submits that Demand Draft of Rs. 6,96,677/- drawn on State Bank of India, in the name of petitioner is ready, however, he has refused to accept the same.

Learned counsel appearing for petitioner, on instructions, submits that petitioner is ready to accept the aforesaid Demand Draft without prejudice to his contentions that petitioner is entitled for interest upon the delayed payment.

In the light of above and since the petitioner is willing to accept the Demand Draft of aforesaid amount from respondent No. 3, without prejudice to the contention of petitioner and avail of appropriate remedy for interest on delayed payment, if any, this writ petition stands disposed of.
