The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the instant petition is with respect to the challenge to the order refusing permission to the petitioner to amend his say to the application for temporary injunction in RCS No.116/2012. It is submitted that the suit is dismissed in default by order dated 03.01.2022 and the instant petition has become infructuous.
