Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State. Lateron, learned counsel for the complainant appeared.

The applicant is seeking bail in Crime No.214 of 2023, registered at Mantha Police Station, District Jalna, for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 304-B, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the IPC.

3. It is an admitted fact that the applicant is the cousin father-in-law of the deceased. He is a distant relative. Considering the allegations, his role appears to be remote. Perhaps, he might have been arraigned as an accused being the relative of the husband. Nothing is to be recovered from the

954-BA.1100-23.odt applicant. Material investigation against the applicant has been completed. His detention would serve no purpose. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant LAXMAN ROOPCHAND PAWAR be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount, in Crime No.214 of 2023, registered at Mantha Police Station, District Jalna, for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 304-B, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the IPC, on the following conditions :

(a) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

(b) He shall attend the Police Station as and when on written notice by the Investigating Officer till filing the charge sheet.
