By the order dated 10.03.2022 in Writ Petition No.12961/2017, this Court had directed that the Government Resolution dated 22.10.2016 was not binding against the petitioner and she was directed to be treated as a regular employee and was entitled to all the benefits of service as that of a regular employee since the date of her initial appointment. Learned AGP tenders across the bar Government Decision dated 28.03.2024 which is taken on record.

Pursuant to the directions of this Court, the petitioner has been now granted the benefits as a regular employee from the date of her initial appointment and with a further direction to pay arrears.
