Heard the learned counsel for the applicants. This is an application for condonation of delay of 137 days caused in filing the application for restoration of the appeal. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that he is ready to remove the office objections within a week from today. Considering his submissions, the application deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice. Hence, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C).

The learned counsel for applicants to remove the office objections within one week from today.
