Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of order dated 12th September, 2024 passed in Review Application (Civil) No. 196 of 2024 in Writ Petition No. 14387 of 2019, petitioners have no other option to withdraw the petition and file Review Application before the Divisional Commissioner.

In view of that position, petitioners are permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to file Revision Application before the Divisional Commissioner. If Revision Application is filed within a period of two weeks, issue of limitation shall neither be raised nor be entertained. 3.

Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
