1] Heard both the sides.

2] Advocate Shri A.D. Pawar submits that so far as the

- 3 - CA 11306/14 Group group of matters listed at Sr.No.918 on today's Board, the entire amount under the award is already deposited in the trial Court, whereas in another group of matters listed at Sr.No.916 today, in some of the proceedings only, the amount is deposited in the trial Court. 3] In the circumstances, earlier interim stay granted to the execution of the impugned awards is hereby made absolute on the condition that the applicants / appellants shall deposit the amount under the awards together with up-to-date interest within a period of ten weeks from today in the proceedings in which by this time the amount is not deposited. The civil applications are accordingly disposed of.
