The petitioners make a motion for deletion of respondent no.4. The other respondents though served have chosen not to appear before this Court.

Respondent no.4 stands deleted at the risk and peril of the petitioners.

This petition is against the order passed in M.C.A. No.21 of 2014 by the learned Ad hoc District Judge-2, Ambajogai on 6th June, 2014, whereby the application for grant of temporary injunction is rejected.

The petitioners submit that they do not want to press the present petition, however, it will be appropriate in the interest of justice, to direct the learned Ad hoc District Judge-2, Ambajogai, to decide the appeal pending before him, within a stipulated period. 5.

In view of above, writ petition stands disposed of being not pressed. Learned Ad hoc District Judge-2, Ambajogai shall decide M.C.A. No.21 of 2014 expeditiously and in any case, within a period of six months from today.
