The applicants had earlier moved an application seeking service of notice of respondent No. 1 through paper publication. However, the same came to be rejected as it was lacking in requisite particulars. The address of respondent No. 2 was also not correctly given. The Civil Application No. 16204/2015 was dismissed against respondent No. 2 for not taking steps. Now the applicants have filed this application seeking issuance of fresh notice to respondent No. 1 through newspaper as he is residing at the address District Jamnagar, Gujrat. As regards the address of respondent No. 2 is concerned, initially it had its local office at Jalgaon, however, now it is shifted to Aurangabad. Office at Jalgaon is closed and now it comes under Aurangabad office.

In view of this, the civil application stands allowed. 3.

Notice be published by way of paper publication to respondent No. 1 as given in paragraph No. 4A.

Notice to respondent No. 2 be re-issued on both the addresses given in paragraph No. 4B.
