PER COURT:- 1.

The validation proceeding of the petitioner is pending. The salary of the petitioner since November 2020 is stopped on the ground that validity certificate is not submitted. 2.

The learned A.G.P. on instructions submits that the vigilance has been conducted. The petitioner has not yet filed say to the vigilance report.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 01.09.2021 and file say to the vigilance report on the said date.

The Committee shall thereafter, decide the proceeding within a period of three (03) months. The petitioner shall co-operate in expeditious

(2) 1000-wp-8834-2021 disposal of the proceeding and shall not seek adjournment before the Committee.

The respondents may not withhold salary of the petitioner only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending.

6.

In case, name of the petitioner is not included in the Shalarth Pranali, the salary may be paid offline.

7.

The respondents may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceeding.

8.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
