Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

I have gone through the judgment and order passed by the learned Trial Court as well as First Appellate Court, from which it appears that present applicant has been convicted for the offence punishable under Section 409 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced to suffer simple imprisonment for six months and to pay fine of Rs.2,000/-.

Mr. Gangakhedkar, learned counsel submits

crap3227.17 that fine amount is already deposited by the applicant in the trial court. He further submits that on confirmation of the sentence by the learned Additional Sessions Judge the applicant has surrendered and now he is in M.C.R.

4.

Pending hearing and final disposal of Criminal Revision Application No. 144 of 2017, the applicant shall be released on his furnishing P.R. bond of Rs. 10,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount.

Criminal Application is disposed of.
