This matter was dismissed for non prosecution on 14th September, 2007. Subsequently on an application of the petitioner it was restored. On 18.04.2015 when the matter was called out for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner was absent. On 08th March, 2016 the matter was called for hearing, however none appeared for the petitioner. This Court thereafter adjourned the matter and passed the order that, if on the next date, the matter is not worked out, the Court would be constrained to dismiss the matter.
