The learned Counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants are the poor farmers and they are not in a position to furnish the solvent surety. However, they are ready to furnish the solvent security to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Learned A.G.P. has not raised any objection to this. 3.

In view of this, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
