Having recorded the above statement, we would expect Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to decide said applications/representations on their own merits and in accordance with rules and policies applicable, within thirty (30) days from today. The ad-interim protection granted vide order dated 04.07.2023, would continue till the said representations are decided.
