Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned A.G.P. appearing for Respondent Nos.1 to 6 and learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos.7 to 9.

There is consensus between learned counsel appearing for petitioner and Respondent Nos.7 to 9 that, this Petition can be conveniently disposed of by giving directions to Respondent No.4 to decide

the Objection Petition filed by the petitioner within stipulated period on its own merits.

In the light of above, this Petition is disposed of with direction to the SubDivisional Officer, Kalamnuri i.e. Competent Authority to decide the Objection Petition filed by the petitioner on 7th December, 2017, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six weeks from today.

Till the Objection Petition is decided by the concerned Authority, ad-interim relief granted by this Court i.e. the status-quo to be maintained with regard to the disbursal of the amount, shall remain in force.

The parties to the Petition shall appear before Respondent No.4 - SubDivisional Officer, Kalamnuri on 27th November, 2018.
