The Petitioners have put-forth prayer clause-B, C and D as under: "B) By way of writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order in the like nature the respondent no.3 to 5, specifically respondent no.4 and 5 be directed to take physical possession of the said land gut no.93 adm. area 60 R situated at Mouje Belgaon Tq.Gevrai Dist Beed and hand over the same to the petitioner no. 1;

C) By way of writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order in the like. nature the respondent no.7 and 8 be directed to provide the police aid and assistant for taking physical possession of the said land;

D) By way of writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order in the like nature the respondent no.6 be directed to mutate the name of petitioner no.1 in record of right i.e. 7/12 extract in ownership column of the said land gut no.93 adm. area 60 R situated at Mouje Belgaon Tq.Gevrai Dist Beed on basis of the said certificate;"

Considering the short issue involved and all the Respondents being served by Court notice issued vide order dated 13.12.2021, this petition is disposed off with directions to Respondent Nos.4 and 5 to initiate steps in the light of the prayer clause 'B' and 'D' re-produced above and complete the exercise within 90 days from today, by following the procedure laid down in law.
