Heard Mr. Jaiswal, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs. Deshpande, the learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents/state.

The learned Addl. G. P. for respondents submits that, in the year 2018 two communications were made to the petitioner to make the compliance for release of the vehicle. The petitioner has not complied the same. Mr. Jaiswal, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, said communications were not received by the petitioner.

Be that as it may, the communications are already issued to the petitioner for executing the bond regarding the amount of the vehicle and executing the solvency.

As the petitioner is already communicated about the further steps to be taken, we are not inclined to pass orders. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authorities for release of the vehicle as per the communications issued. No costs.

If the petitioner has any grievance with regard to the communications, the petitioner may assail the same in accordance with law.
