2] This is an application seeking production of documents. WE have heard the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties. The documents are in the nature of panchanamas with regard to loss of crops so also correspondence.

3] No doubt, the respondents will have the opportunity to make submissions with regard to the said documents. Also considering the fact that said documents will be relevant, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). Applicant is allowed to produce the said documents. Civil application is disposed of.
