This appeal is placed before us in today's National LokAdalat. Mr. Rohit H. Dahat, learned counsel for appellant is present. The learned Advocate for appellant, on instructions, submits that appellant wants to withdraw the appeal. 2.

The appellant has accepted the award passed by the concerned learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, in Motor Accident Claim Petition.

As such, the appeal stands disposed of, as withdrawn. 4.

If the amount is not deposited, the amount be deposited before the learned Member, MACT and the claimant is at liberty to withdraw the same.
