1) Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the respondent No.4 - University by communications dated 22 October 2013, 15 September 2014, 5 June 2015,
2 WP 7660 of2006 15 July 2015 and 4 May 2017 has granted regular approval to the services of the petitioner Nos.3 to 10, 12,13,15 to 22 and 24 to 29. He, however, states that so far as petitioner Nos.11, 14 and 23 are concerned, they were already granted approval by the respondent No.4 University. He states that in so far as prayer clause (A) of the writ petition is concerned, the respondents have already granted permanent recognition to the petitioner No.1 society as a minority educational institution within the meaning of Article 30(1) of the Constitution of India during the pendency of this writ petition and thus nothing survives in this petition. The statement is accepted. 2) Writ Petition No.7660 of 2006 is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. Rule is discharged. No order as to costs. Pending civil applications are disposed of.
