CORAM : SANJAY A. DESHMUKH, J.
DATE : 24.09.2025 PER COURT :- 1.
Heard learned advocate for the applicant and learned APP for the State.
2.
When this Court expresses disinclination to allow the application, upon instructions, the learned advocate for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application.
3.
Leave granted. The application is disposed of as withdrawn. 4.
It is submitted by the learned advocate for the applicant that the evidence of eight witnesses has already been recorded. Therefore, considering the limited number of remaining witnesses, it is prayed that the trial may be expedited.
5.
The learned Trial Court is directed to decide Sessions Case No.183 of 2025 on or before 20.12.2025, by listing the matter at least twice in a week. Needless to mention that the word "Session" means
(( 2 )) 926 BA NO. 1255 OF 2025 that once it is started, it shall not be stopped. It is clarified that if any other Sessions case has been directed to be expedited by this Court or by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, such case shall take precedence and be decided first. Thereafter, the trial of the present case shall be taken up for decision. [ SANJAY A. DESHMUKH, J. ] HRJadhav
