The First Appeal is disposed off in Terms of Compromise ('X'). 4.

As per the terms of compromise, the entire amount is deposited in the High Court, out of which amount of Rs. 2,00,000/- be refunded to the Insurance Company/Appellant and rest of the amount with interest be paid to the Claimants/Respondents.
