Mr. Palve, the learned counsel for petitioner submits that validation proceedings in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner is pending since the year 2011. As the validity certificate is not issued, the respondents No. 3 and 4 have withheld the results of the petitioner's examination.

Mr. Karlekar, learned A.G.P., on instructions of respondent No. 2 submits that if the petitioner appears before the committee on 10.07.2019 the matter would be decided within one week. 3.

The vigilance is already conducted. In the light of above, we pass following order.

ORDER

1.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 10.07.2019. The committee shall thereafter decide the proceedings within 15 days.

2.

The respondents No. 3 and 4 may not with hold the result of the petitioner's examination only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending. However, The respondents No. 3 and 4 shall not issue the degree certificate, unless the petitioner produces the validity certificate.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
