PER COURT :- This petition can be disposed of by issuing direction to respondent No.2 committee to take decision on the caste certificate validation proposal, in respect of the petitioner, pending with the committee, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from today and it is accordingly directed. The petitioner claims to be in employment. If that be so, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner on the ground of his failure to submit validation certificate and appropriate action may be taken depending upon the result of the caste validation claim pending with the scrutiny committee.

Writ petition is disposed of.
