The petitioner seeks challenge to the order dated 22.02.2022 passed by Mamlatdar in exercise of powers under Section 5 of the Mamlatdar's Courts Act.

The petitioner has alternate remedy to approach the Sub Divisional Officer in Revision under Section 23 of the Mamlatdar's Courts Act. The present Writ Petition is filed by passing efficacious alternate remedy, which cannot be entertained. 4.
