This petition is filed seeking directions to the respondents to release the petitioner on furlough leave on P.R. Bond without insisting on furnishing the surety.

The learned A.P.P. appearing for the respondents has tendered across bar the order passed by the Deputy Inspector General of Prisons, Central Division, Aurangabad allowing the prayer of the petitioner to release him on furlough leave on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.2000/-. In that view of the matter, the grievance of the petitioner is redressed. The petition stands disposed of. The Legal Services Authority to pay the fees of Ms. Sheetal S. Bhadlekar, Advocate as per rules.
