The learned counsel submits that the proposal is given by the petitioner to Respondent No.3 for grant of subsidy for the Gym on 25.07.2017. No decision is taken on it as yet. The learned AGP accepts notice for all the respondents and submits that if the proposal is pending, the authority will decide it in accordance with law.

In case, the proposal of the petitioner is maintainable and respondent No.3 is competent to take decision on it, then respondent No.3 shall decide the proposal of the petitioner (Page No.24) on its own merits in accordance with

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
