Respondents are present along with their Advocate. Ofcer of Appellant is present along with AGP. They placed on record compromise memo and the authority letter as well as letter intimating the rate approved.

Compromise memo is marked 'X' for identifcation. Authority letter and letter showing rate are marked as 'X-1' & 'X-2' respectively. Both the signing parties are identifed by their respective advocates. 3.

Appeals are disposed of in terms of compromise memo. The claimants make statement that except them and signing parties, there are no stakeholders in the compromise.

Refund of Court fees be processed as per rules. 4.

Pending civil applications, if any, are also disposed of accordingly. 5.
