The petitioner has put forth prayer clause 'B' as under :- "[B] By issuing appropriate writ or directions in the like nature, respondents no. 3, Chief Executive Officer may kindly be directed to consider and decide claims/representations of the petitioner, annexed at EXH-C in the light of circular dtd 28.06.2018 issued by respondent no. 1, for changing the postings of the petitioner.

The learned advocate representing respondent nos. 3 and 4 submits, on instructions, that the representation put forth by the petitioner dated 31st August, 2019 would be decided by the respondents within four weeks.

In view of the above, the petitioner is satisfied. 4.

This petition is, therefore, disposed off.

Respondent nos. 3 and 4 should respond to the representation within four weeks and convey the decision to the petitioner, on or before 15th September, 2022, in the light of the circular dated 28.8.2018.
