The applicants are seeking restoration of their CrossObjection (Stamp) No.27708 of 2013 in this appeal, which appears to be refused for non-removal of offce objections. The learned counsel for the applicants undertakes to remove all such offce objections within two weeks. As such, when the appeal is pending, the aforesaid cross-objection be restored to its original stage subject to removal of all the offce objections within two weeks from this order. The delay of 3138 days stands condoned subject to condition that the applicants or the legal heirs of Illiyas Begum shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid period of delay in case the amount of compensation is enhanced by this court. 3.
