Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned APP for the State.

The applicants are seeking bail in Crime No.169 of 2023 registered with Daithana Police Station, District Parbhani for the offence punishable under Section 307, 336, 326, 324, 323 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The facts of the case reveal that the incident happened in the bar owned by applicant no.1. The CCTV footage placed on record reveals that large number of people entered into the bar and they were fighting and assaulting the persons from the bar. One of the

After having gone through the facts of the case, it seems that the injured were aggressive and they entered into the bar of applicant no.1. Applicants nos.1 and 3 have also sustained injuries. Nothing is to be recovered from the applicants. The facts are self speaking. Hence, the following order :
ORDER
(i) Bail Application is allowed.
(ii) The applicants, (1) Deepak s/o Pralhadrao Chandel (2)Chandu @ Narsing s/o Pralhadrao Chandel and (3) Bharat s/o Uddavrao Dahe, be released on bail on executing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) each with one solvent surety in the like amount each in connection with the above crime, on the conditions that they shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses. (iii) The applicants shall attend the concerned police station as and when called on written notice by the investigating officer, till filing the charge sheet.
