We have heard Mr. Kedar, learned counsel for petitioner. The petitioner had not applied for the post for which respondent No.4 is selected. The only contention of the petitioner appears to be that the validation proceedings are not decided by respondent No.2 till now though four years had passed. The orders were passed by this Court directing the Committee to decide the proceedings within one year.

The question of locus of the petitioner would arise. Moreover there are other avenues open for taking steps and non compliance of the order of this Court.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
