PER COURT :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondent/State.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor invited our attention to the contents of the affidavit in reply filed on behalf of Respondent No.2. He submits that, the enquiry is directed against the erring Officers. The report would be submitted by the SDPO to the Superintendent of Police and the appropriate action, if necessary, would be taken against them.

We have satisfied with the contents of the affidavit in reply. We hope and expect that, the Superintendent of Police, Pune (Rural) will take action to the logical end depending upon the enquiry report.

The petitioner is released on furlough leave by order dated 5th August, 2015 passed by the D.I.G. Central Prison, Aurangabad. The same order is placed on record by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
