The petitions are filed challenging the seizer of vehicles. 2.

We have heard Mr. Gangakhedkar, the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned AGP.

Normally we entertain the Writ Petitions if the seizure of vehicles is without jurisdiction. However, in the present case, the petitioners have already availed the remedy of appeals wherein the petitioners have also

2 9-WP8960-19+.doc sought release of vehicles in the appeals. The appeals are dismissed on technical ground and the petitioners have been permitted to file appeals before appropriate authority. The petitioners can raise the grounds as raised in the present Writ Petitions in the appeals. 4.
