PER COURT :- 1] By this application, the original petitioner prays for condonation of delay of 194 days and further prays that the order of this Court dated 26/11/2015 may be recalled as the petition has been dismissed for non removal of office objections.

2] Learned advocate for the respondent strenuously opposes this application and prays that it should be rejected with costs. In the alternative, he prays that if this Court is inclined to allow this application, costs may be imposed and the same may be donated to the Advocate Association's Bar Library, High Court, Aurangabad.

916 -CA-11356-16.odt 3] Considering the above and for the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed. Delay of 194 days is condoned with the direction that the petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs. 1,000/-(Rupees One Thousand) with the Advocate Association's Bar Library, High Court, Aurangabad on or before 13/04/2018, failing which, this order shall stand recalled and the application shall stand dismissed. 4] The petitioner would remove all office objections on or before 13/04/2018. After both these directions are complied with, the Writ Petition shall be restored at the stage at which it was dismissed and the interim order would stand restored.

5] Non-compliance of any of the above directions would result in the rejection of this Civil Application and the dismissal of the Writ Petition.
