The learned counsel submits that the petitioner has filed proceeding for verification of his caste in August 2018. The same is not yet decided.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondents No. 1 and 3. Mr. Karlekar learned counsel accepts notice for respondent No. 2. 3.

In fact the petitioner should have approached the Court earlier. If it is possible to the respondent NO. 3-Committee, then respondent No. 3 shall endeavor to decide the said proceeding by 14.07.2019.
