Heard learned APP for the applicant / State, perused the findings recorded by the trial Court. Prima facie, the findings in respect of age of the prosecutrix are not sustainable.

In that view of the matter, case is made out for allowing the application seeking leave to appeal. Accordingly, application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B), (C), and (F) and stands disposed of. Appeal admitted.
