The application is for condonation of delay of only 30 days in filing Second Appeal. The learned counsel for the respondent strongly opposed the application on the ground that the appeal of the appellants was ready for filing on 21st June 2024, but there is no explanation as to why they filed on 03.07.2024. However, considering the short period of delay which is only of 30 days, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (A) and disposed of.
