DATE : 11/07/2016 PER COURT :- The purpose of petition is almost over because the impugned order prohibiting the petitioner from entering Shirdi city has come to an end.

2] Learned APP on instructions stated that at present there is no prohibitory order passed prohibiting the petitioner's entry in Shirdi city. In view of this, petitioner is now free to go wherever he wants. However, it would be proper for him to take precaution before he enters a place where his life would be in danger. The police is directed to provide protection if necessary to the petitioner. Such protection shall be given if required, on petitioner's giving undertaking that he will not hold any public meeting or make any public

-2appearance at Shirdi and create any law and order problem. 3] The petitioner has filed an affidavit stating therein that he has no intention to hold any public meeting at Shirdi and shall leave Shirdi within 48 hours. He does not intend to visit Samaddhi of Shri Saibaba. He has also stated that while in Shirdi, he will not address any Television interview. In view of this, Petition stands disposed of.
