The present petition takes exception to the impugned order dated 02.08.2021 passed by the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad) on stay petition in File No.ROR/Rev./207/2021.

While issuing notice to the respondents vide order dated 26.08.2021 this Court directed parties to maintain status quo as on that day and such interim arrangement is continued till today. It is admitted that main proceeding is pending before the Additional Divisional Commissioner at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. In this background, it would be appropriate that parties shall make an endeavour to dispose of Revision Application pending before Additional Divisional Commissioner and argue it finally. In that view of the matter, without going into the merits of the Writ Petition, Writ Petition stands disposed of with following directions:

ORDER

a.

Writ Petition is disposed of.

Parties shall submit their written submissions and make an oral submission on the next date before the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.

c.

The learned Additional Divisional Commissioner shall decide pending Revision Application within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

d.

Pending hearing and final disposal of the Revision Application before the Additional Divisional Commissioner, the interim arrangement made under order dated 26.08.2021 shall continue.
