This is the award of 2016. The SLAO has awarded compensation @ Rs.600 per Are, however, the Reference Court has enhanced the compensation @ Rs.4738/- per Are. Thus, considering the same, the applicants-original claimants are permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation on certain conditions.

Hence, the following order:

(a) The applicants-original claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% amount out of the total amount deposited before this Court on furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court; and 25% amount, out of the total amount deposited before this Court, on furnishing solvent security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
