It is informed by both the learned advocate appearing for the parties that the matter has been amicably settled. The marital relationship of applicant no.1 and respondent no.2 stands dissolved by decree of divorce under section 13(1)(B) of the Hindu Marriage Act. Amount agreed to be paid to respondent no.2 has been paid. 2.

Respondent no.2 - wife is present before this Court. Respondent No.2 - wife has given express consent to allow this application. The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". The applicants shall deposit the sum of Rs.10,000/- as condition for endorsing this compromise within two weeks.

Once the amount is deposited, the same be paid to Mr.P.P. Shahane, learned appointed advocate representing respondent no.2, as his fees.
