IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF BOMBAY

BENCH AT AURANGABAD 915 WRIT PETITION NO.9928 OF 2019 LAHU MANIK MANE AND OTHERS

VERSUS

THE STATE OF MAHARASHTRA AND OTHERS ...

Advocate for Petitioners : Mr. Irpatgire A.N. AGP for Respondents: Mr. N.T. Bhagat ...

CORAM : RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.

Date: August 8th, 2019 ...

PER COURT :- The petitioners are aggrieved by the order dated 18.6.2019, passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Latur, under the Maharashtra Money Lending (Regulations) Act, 2014 and the Rules framed thereunder. The learned Advocate points out that, this Court and the Nagpur bench of this Court, have taken a view that, the order of the Divisional Joint Registrar can be challenged under section 9 of the Act, by preferring a Revision before the Registrar General under the Co-operative Societies Act.

I find that this Court has delivered an order on 10.6.2019 in Writ Petition Nos. 6646/2019, 6648/2019, 6651/2019 and 8264/2019.

{2} wp 9928.19.odt In view of the above, this petition is disposed off, with liberty to the petitioners to approach the authority, by preferring a revision. In the event of delay cropping-up, the period spent by the petitioners, in this Court from 2.7.2019 till passing of this order, shall be considered as a good ground for condonation of delay.
