The petitioner is merely seeking a direction to the respondent No. 3 to decide his revision application preferred under the Provision of Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code pending with the Government. The learned A.G.P. makes statement that the revision application would be decided within six months.

In view of above, we dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent No. 3 to decide the revision expeditiously and in any case within six months from today.
