Mr. Hon, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the Chief Executive Officer would decide the representations made by the petitioner, pages 11 and 12, on its own merits.

We have also heard Mr. Kore, learned counsel for the petitioner.

In the prayer clause 'C' also, the petitioner has claimed the relief to the extent that respondent

In the light of above, respondent no.2 Chief Executive Officer shall decide the representations made by the petitioner (pages 11 and 12) with regard to consideration of his past services, on its own merits, in accordance with the law and policy, expeditiously, preferably within four months. 5.

Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
