These are the applications filed by the applicant/appellant for condonation of delay of 1408 days caused caused in filing First Appeals. 2.

The other side has no objection to condone the delay.

The grounds/reasons stated for condonation

ca11092.13 of delay are that some time was required for seeking opinion of the Government Pleader of High Court and file was pending with the Government Pleader's office for some period. After receipt of legal opinion, the applicant forwarded proposal to the Corporation and permitted the appellant to engage advocate to prefer appeal. Due to official correspondence with higher authorities and due to procedural aspect to be followed the delay has occurred.

For the reasons stated in the applications and in view of no objection by the respondents, delay can be condoned and accordingly same is condoned.
